President

Brian McNally

President McNally has served as President since 2019. He has served the Executive Board as Vice President since 2012. During his time as VP he was instrumental in starting new fundraising programs, and working to establish the Chief Bruce Mast Scholarship Fund. He has been a Police Officer for 13 years and is currently a Corporal in the Flemington Borough Police Department.

Matt Bast

Vice President Bast has served as VP Since 2019. He has been a Police Officer for 8 Years and is currently a Corporal in the City of Lambertville Police Department.

Andrew Lerner

Treasurer Lerner has served with the Executive Board since 2022. He has been a Police Officer for 4 years and is currently a Patrolman with the Town of Clinton Police Department.

Secretary

Louis Hribik

Secretary Hribik has served with the Executive Board since 2016. He has been a Police Officer for 15 years and is currently a Corporal with the Flemington Borough Police Department.

State Delegate

Frank Emanuele

Delegate Emanuele has served on the Executive Board since 2016. He is the Golf Outing Committee Chair, as well as the head of the Chief Bruce Mast Scholarship Committee. He has been a Police Officer for 6 years and is currently a Patrolman with the Flemington Borough Police Department.

Sergeant at Arms

Corey Garrabrant

Sergeant at Arms Garrabrant has served with the Executive Board for since 2021. He has served as a Police Officer for 9 Years, and is currently a Detective in the Flemington Borough Police Department.

President 2012 - 2019

Paul Murphy

Past President Murphy served as President from 2012 until 2019. Previously he served as the Vice President from 2010 to 2012. He has been a Police Officer for 18 Years and is currently a Patrolman in the Delaware Township Police Department.

President 2010 - 2012

Timothy McGuire

Past President McGuire has been a Police Officer since the year 2000. He was instrumental in merging the Lambertville City PBA and the Flemington Borough FOP into PBA 188 during his time as President. Past President McGuire is still currently serving as a Sergeant in the Town of Clinton Police Department.

President 2004 - 2010

John Oliveira

Past President Oliveira began his career with the Hudson County Sheriffs Office in 1994. During his time at the Hudson County Sheriffs Office he served 3 terms as President of PBA Local 334. In 2004 Past President Oliveira brought his experience representing Local 334 to PBA Local 188 serving 3 terms as President. Past President Oliveira retired in 2019 from the Franklin Township Police Department at the Rank of Lieutenant, after serving 26 years of Police Service.

President 1992 -2004

Tom Conrad

Past President Conrad was the longest serving President of PBA Local 188. During his time as President he also held many of the duties of Treasurer, and then served as Treasurer from 2004 until 2009. During his time as Treasurer he spent much of his time handling at the time, the extensive hand packed and individually mailed fund drive. Past President Conrad retired in 2012 after serving 25 years of Police Service with Tewksbury Township.

State Delegate 2000-2023

James Crilly

Patrolman Crilly has served as the Delegate since 2000. He has been a Police Officer for 19 years and is currently a Patrolman with the Town of Clinton Police Department.
